Before your skin is treated, it is read
Sima Beauty, medical aesthetics in Aleppo, the non-surgical aesthetics and laser division of Sima
Everything here begins with a physician reading your case. A physician examines the skin, names what is happening in it, and proposes a plan that is yours alone. The device comes after that, never before
- Diagnosis before treatment
- Full physician supervision
- Medical-grade devices
- A clear plan before the first session
Diagnosis first, then the plan
The examination is the step that usually gets skipped, and it is the one that changes the result. This is what medical aesthetics in Aleppo should mean. The appointment begins with a physician reading the skin under proper light, and with questions about your medical history, your medication, your daily routine and what has been tried before. The condition is then named, clearly. After that comes the plan, with its options, how long it runs, what can be expected of it and what cannot.
You leave the first visit knowing the name of what you have, what will be done, and why that choice rather than another. Devices and injectables are tools. The decision to use them rests on what the examination shows.
If the examination shows that your case needs no treatment, or that what it needs is not something we offer, we say so plainly

Two medical devices, operated under physician supervision
The difference between a medical device and a cosmetic one is not its shape. It is who sets its parameters, and why. Both of our devices work inside a plan written after an examination, with settings chosen for your skin.

Fractional CO2 laser
Works on the surface of the skin and on the layer beneath it. Used for skin resurfacing and for treating scars and stretch marks. The settings change fundamentally from one case to the next, which is why the examination always comes first.

Diode laser for hair removal
Built for hair removal, and adjusted to skin type and to the hair at every session, with a cooling system that makes the session easier. Your skin tone and your hair are assessed before the first session.
From the first message to after the session
Four steps, and at each one you know where you are and what comes next
The first message
Write to us on WhatsApp about what concerns you, and we set a date for an examination. No diagnosis over messages, and no plan before we have seen the skin
The examination and the plan
The case is read and named, then a plan is explained to you, with its options and with what can and cannot be expected of it
The sessions
They run over the span the plan sets, with settings reviewed at every visit rather than once at the start
The follow-up
We stay in touch between one session and the next, and after the plan ends as well
What fits your time in Aleppo
English readers reach us in two ways. Some live in Aleppo, working here or settled here, and want a skin concern looked at by a physician rather than sold a session at a salon. Others are home for a few weeks, from Europe, the Gulf or North America, and carry something they have meant to have seen for years, often a scar from childhood that they were told to accept.
The plan is built around your dates. Tell us in the first message how long you are in Aleppo, and the physician tells you plainly what can be done inside that time and what cannot.
- Treatments planned as a series of sessions weeks apart, such as laser hair removal, suit someone who lives here or comes back regularly
- An examination, a diagnosis and the assessment of a mole or a scar fit any stay, and you leave knowing what you have and what your options are, here or wherever you live
- Follow-up after you fly continues over WhatsApp, on the same number you first wrote to
- Payment is in cash. Visitors will find the rest of the practical detail, the visa, money and getting to Aleppo, on the travel guide

What you are told before you leave
You are not left to search for the answer online on the first night. Before you leave the room you know what is normal and what is not, what to do in each case, and which number to write to. What worries people most after a skin session is a redness or a peeling that was entirely expected, and that nobody told them to expect.
- What you should expect to see in the first days
- What should make you message us at once
- Sun protection, the step people underestimate more than any other
- The date of the next review, and when the result is assessed
Questions we are asked often
Do I need a consultation before any session?
Yes, without exception. The session is built on what the examination shows, and the settings themselves differ from one skin to another. Whoever sells you a session without seeing your skin is selling you a number, not a plan.
How many sessions will I need, and how long does the plan take?
That is what the first visit answers, and it cannot be answered on a page. It depends on the condition, the skin type, the area and the goal. You leave the examination knowing the expected number of sessions and the spacing between them.
Is laser suitable for my skin tone?
The settings are what is adjusted to skin tone and skin type. That is a core part of the examination before the first session, and part of the review at every visit after it. The precise answer belongs to your skin, and it is given after seeing it.
I have an old scar. Can anything be done?
These are among the cases we see most, and many of the people who carry them were told before that nothing could be done. We do not promise a result before seeing the scar, because its age, its depth, its position and the skin around it all change the answer. What we promise is an honest assessment, including telling you that the expected improvement is limited, if that is the case.
What is the difference between you and a beauty centre?
The difference is in who decides, and why. Here a physician examines you before the device is switched on, the condition is named before it is treated, and the settings are reviewed at every visit. Some of what comes to us needs no device at all, but different care or a referral to another specialty, and that alone changes the plan from the ground up.
I am only in Aleppo for a few weeks. Is it worth coming in?
Yes. An examination and a diagnosis fit any stay, and you leave knowing what you have and what your options are, here or wherever you live. Whether a treatment fits inside your dates is decided at that visit, and if it does not, the physician says so rather than starting something that cannot be finished.
Do I need to speak Arabic?
No. Write to us in English on WhatsApp and you are answered in English, and the consultation is held with an English speaker in the room.
How do I book an appointment?
Write to us on WhatsApp about what concerns you, with a photo if you can, and we set a date for an examination. You can also follow our Instagram account and message us from there. The account posts in Arabic; write in English all the same.
Ask about what concerns you, and a physician answers
Write to us about what is on your mind, with a photo if you can. We set a date for an examination, and we tell you plainly what can be done and what cannot
- Diagnosis before treatment
- A clear plan
- Physician supervision
