Hair Mesotherapy in Aleppo for Hair Loss, Istanbul's Team - Sima Clinic

Hair mesotherapy in Aleppo by Your Hair Center's Istanbul team, eight sessions

Request a Phone Call

If the density at your front parting or around the crown is thinning gradually, the decision is not necessarily surgical. Waking the follicle before you lose it may be enough, and hair mesotherapy works at exactly that edge, with fine injections of vitamins, minerals and amino acids into the scalp. At Sima in Aleppo the course is run by Your Hair Center's Istanbul team, at a Syrian price published before you start. One honest word for a visitor. A course is four to eight sessions two weeks apart, so it suits residents and those within a short flight, and we say so before you book a seat.

Does what you are losing still respond to a treatment without a scalpel?

The question that comes before hair mesotherapy

You notice a hair on the pillow each morning, another in the brush, and you quietly wonder whether the follicle has started to disappear or whether there is still time. Hair mesotherapy works inside that window, while the follicle is still alive. Answer the one question below and we take you straight to the part of this page that concerns you.

What hair mesotherapy is, in brief

No over-medicalising. Four sentences. Enough.

1
Fine injections into the scalp

A cocktail of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and nourishing agents, injected directly into the layer of the scalp beside the follicles.

2
Thirty minutes per session

No general anaesthetic, no stitches, no recovery period. You go back to your day straight after the session.

3
It stimulates weakening follicles before they die

Prevention and density, not a transplant. The aim is to reactivate what is still alive in the scalp, not to replace what has been lost.

4
Not a substitute for a transplant in advanced loss

In the advanced stages it complements a transplant, or serves as an early preventive step before the loss reaches a point where it is no longer enough on its own.

The Sima course, how many sessions and how often

A visual calendar of twelve weeks. The sessions, the intervals, the point where the result begins to show, all in view before you start. One honest word first. The course is built on return visits, two weeks apart, so it suits residents of Aleppo and visitors within a direct flight, from the Gulf, Iraq or Türkiye, who can keep the rhythm as short trips or one longer stay. A single short visit from further away will not complete a course, and we say so before you book a seat. Most Western governments advise against travel to Syria; their advice is linked on the travel guide.

Who actually holds the syringe

The question nobody asks out loud, and the one that matters most

The injection does not make the difference. The hand that gives it does. These four differences are what you get when you choose Sima over a general clinic near you. The Istanbul team, in Aleppo, at a Syrian price.

1
Trained in Istanbul

Seven years in the mesotherapy and plasma clinics of Istanbul’s largest centres. Experience that moved here, not experience that is merely announced.

2
More than 1200 hair mesotherapy cases

A documented record, not a round number. Every scalp was assessed before a course was set for it.

3
A licensed clinic in Aleppo

The work takes place in a medical facility licensed by the Ministry of Health, under the same Turkish team. Sima is the Aleppo clinic of Your Hair Center, Istanbul, and you can check the Istanbul centre at yourhaircenter.com before you decide.

4
The same Turkish protocol

The same cocktail, the same needles, the same technique. The only difference is that you are in Aleppo, with an English-speaking coordinator beside you, and the bill is Syrian.

The summer window, when timing meets result

If you are Syrian and coming home for the summer, time the course with the visit. Start in June and the first difference shows before you sit at the August table. If you live within a direct flight, the same twelve weeks work as a series of short visits or one longer stay, and the team stays with you over WhatsApp between sessions.

A note for women

Hair loss in women responds noticeably to hair mesotherapy in the early stages, especially when the cause is hormonal or seasonal, or tied to low iron or a recent pregnancy. Sessions take place in a dedicated room, with a female specialist, and follow what the case needs. Privacy is not an added option here. It is part of the course.

Questions before you begin

Two tracks, effectiveness and the practical side. Choose the column closest to what is on your mind.

Effectiveness

Does hair mesotherapy actually work?

Yes, within its limits. Mesotherapy for hair loss stimulates weakening follicles before they die, and it works on early to moderate loss. It does not grow new follicles in an area of complete baldness, but it slows the shedding and adds density to the hair you still have. Clinical studies record a measurable improvement in hair density after 4 to 6 sessions in most suitable cases.

When do the results show?

The first signs of improvement are noticed between the fourth and fifth session, around the second month. The full density you see in photographs settles between the fourth and the sixth month. That is not slow. It is the natural growth cycle of hair, and no procedure shortens it.

Are the results permanent?

The result lasts as long as the follicles keep receiving nourishment. In practice that means one maintenance session every three months after the full course keeps the density. Hereditary loss does not stop by decision, but it slows and can be managed. Those who keep up the maintenance sessions keep their result for years.

When is mesotherapy not enough, and a transplant needed?

When the loss is advanced and the front or the crown has lost its follicles entirely, stimulation is no longer enough. Mesotherapy then complements a transplant rather than replacing it. Norwood stage three and above is a reasonable point to discuss an FUE transplant instead of settling for injections, and both are done at Sima by the same team.

The practical side

Are the injections painful?

The sensation is closer to a light, repeated prick than to pain. Very fine needles are used, and a numbing cream can be applied before the session where needed. Most people who have had a session describe it as lighter than they expected, and it is over in about thirty minutes.

What should I do before a session?

Wash your hair in the morning with an ordinary shampoo and no conditioner. Do not apply oils or styling products. Eat a light meal before the session and avoid too much coffee. Bring a list of any regular medication you take, especially blood thinners.

Can I go back to work the same day?

Yes. There is no recovery period and no visible trace after the session apart from a mild redness that fades within two hours. Many people come for a session in their lunch break and go straight back to the office.

What are the realistic side effects?

A mild redness that fades within hours, and a slight tingling in the scalp that may last a day. Rarely, a small bruise appears at an injection point and disappears within days. With the first-day guidance followed, no complications worth mentioning are recorded.

I am visiting Aleppo for a few days. Can I complete a course?

Not in one short visit, and we would rather say so now. A starter course is four sessions two weeks apart, and the full course is eight. Residents of Aleppo and visitors within a direct flight, from the Gulf, Iraq or Türkiye, keep the rhythm as short return visits or one longer stay. If you are coming for a hair transplant, ask at the consultation whether mesotherapy belongs in your plan afterwards. The specialist decides case by case. Most Western governments advise against travel to Syria; their advice is linked on the travel guide, beside flights and the visa on arrival.

Start with a question

No obligation, no pressure, no advance booking
