PRP hair treatment in Aleppo from your own blood, by Your Hair Center's Istanbul team

Request a Phone Call

You know what PRP is. The questions are who holds the syringe and what a course costs once the trip is counted. At Sima, the specialists who operate in our Istanbul centre give PRP hair treatment in a licensed clinic in Aleppo, from your own blood, four sessions over twelve weeks. The receipt is printed in full beside the cost of the same course in Istanbul, the first consultation is free, and if your case needs a transplant rather than plasma we say so. If you are flying in, the calendar is set with you in writing before you book a seat.

PRP hair treatment, your own blood put back to work

Your Hair Center's Istanbul team · Your own blood, not a foreign drug

The hair that has weakened has not died yet, and a PRP hair treatment wakes it with your own blood.

The shedding you notice on the pillow in the morning is not yet a decision for surgery. PRP comes from your own blood, is separated in ten minutes, and returns to your scalp carrying the natural growth factors that stir a weakened follicle before it is lost.

What PRP actually does

What PRP does for hair · Four specific biological jobs

No miracle and no generalities. Four things the injection does in the scalp, written plainly, with a card beside them for what it does not do.

01
Wakes the weakened follicle

Growth factors reach the follicles that have begun to weaken but have not finished, and return them to their natural production cycle. The stimulus is entirely internal, and no daily drug enters into it.

02
Slows the shedding

Fewer hairs on the pillow in the morning within weeks. The slowing is measurable, not an impression, and you notice it before the people around you do.

03
Thickens the hair shaft

Each hair grows wider in diameter, so the sense of density rises without any increase in the number of follicles. The visible difference comes from thickness before it comes from count.

04
Speeds recovery after a transplant

After an FUE procedure, PRP speeds the healing of the donor area and the settling of the new grafts. The same Istanbul team that performs the transplant sets the protocol here.

What PRP does not do

  • It does not grow a new follicle in an area of complete baldness. A dead cell cannot be woken.
  • It is not a substitute for an FUE transplant in advanced loss. It complements, it does not replace.
  • It is not permanent. Hereditary loss continues by its nature, and no session stops it. Maintenance is part of the plan.

We say this before we ask you for any decision. Promise and cure are not words we use.

Where your case sits on the spectrum

Who needs PRP hair treatment · Three positions on one spectrum

Full candour, and no row of doors that all say you are a candidate. PRP does the whole job, complements something else, or is not enough on its own. The decision stays yours once the differences are set out in front of you.

Not enough on its own
Position 3 Advanced baldness, Norwood stage five and above, follicles that have fully gone. Stimulation is not enough here, and we point you to a transplant consultation rather than leave you on an option that does not serve you. Book a transplant consultation
Complementary, not primary
Position 2 After an FUE transplant, or alongside active hormonal loss. PRP supports a wider plan here, and we recommend reading the hair transplant section beside it. Read about FUE transplants
Fully suitable
Position 1 Early to moderate loss, follicles alive but weak, no active autoimmune disease. Here PRP does its whole job and needs no other treatment behind it.

How many sessions, and when you feel the change

A PRP session · The spine of your plan

Four sessions over twelve weeks. Each session has a known biological response, and each response is documented in earlier cases.

A full course means four visits to the clinic, four weeks apart. If you live in Aleppo or in the region, that is a routine rhythm. If you are flying in from further away, say so in your first message. The honest picture is a longer stay or return visits, and a single session on its own is not the course. If you are coming for a transplant, PRP after the procedure is planned by the same team and usually begins about three weeks after the operation, so for a visitor it is timed at the consultation rather than fitted into the same trip.

1
Session 1 · Week zero

The response: local inflammation settles. Mild redness on the scalp that fades within two hours. Local anaesthetic before the injection. You are back to your day a quarter of an hour after the session ends.

2
Session 2 · Week four

The response: a marked drop in daily shedding. Fewer hairs on the pillow in the morning. The people around you feel the difference too, and you usually notice it before the mirror does.

3
Session 3 · Week eight

The response: short new hairs in the treated area. The first visible density. The scalp is still the same scalp, but the cover over it is changing.

4
Session 4 · Week twelve

The response: felt density, and the maintenance decision. Here the specialist decides with you whether maintenance every three months is enough for you, or every six. The decision is medical, not commercial.

The full result shows at month six

Not before, and do not expect otherwise. A single hair’s growth cycle takes months, and no session shortens it. Whoever keeps to the maintenance sessions afterwards holds the result for years. For a visitor, maintenance is timed with return trips and set down in writing with the team. Most Western governments advise against travel to Syria; their advice is linked on the travel guide.

Who does the injecting, and the question nobody asks

Istanbul's team · The question nobody asks out loud

Not doctors of Turkish descent, and not a borrowed name. The specialists of Your Hair Center, Istanbul, working in Aleppo. Certificates you can verify, a public licence number, and a session count that is not rounded up.

1
Training

Board certification in Türkiye in aesthetic dermatology. Years of practice in Istanbul, at Your Hair Center, before rotating to Aleppo. Expertise that travelled, not expertise that was announced.

2
Track record

More than 1400 documented PRP sessions by the team. A working counter, not long experience without a number. Every case is studied before a protocol is set for it.

3
The licence

Work inside a clinic in Aleppo licensed by the Ministry of Health. The licence number is public, and you can verify it before the first session.

4
A bridge to the transplant

The same hands that perform FUE transplants in Aleppo inject the PRP here. No hand-over between teams, and no break in supervision.

After the needle, no convalescence

After the session · Your ordinary day, with a few notes

No operating theatre, no time off work. You are back to your day a quarter of an hour later. Two short columns, the first twenty-four hours and the day after, because a visitor asks about both.

Practical · The first 24 hours

  • No hair washing for six hours after the session.
  • Avoid direct sun for a day.
  • No swimming and no steam rooms for 48 hours.
  • Mild redness for two hours, normal and fades on its own.
  • Strenuous exercise after 24 hours, not before.

Nothing else in your day changes.

The day after, and if you are travelling

  • The full wash after 24 hours, with a gentle shampoo.
  • A hat or head covering goes back on after a few hours, in clean cotton.
  • Wudu and prayer as normal straight after the session, prostration included. Avoid rubbing the scalp for six hours.
  • No recovery days, so a session sits inside an ordinary visit and you are back at your hotel or on your way within a quarter of an hour.
  • The team follows the first days over WhatsApp wherever you are.

PRP hair treatment for women

For women · A warm note

Diffuse thinning responds well to PRP in its early stages, especially when the cause is hormonal, seasonal, or tied to iron deficiency or a previous pregnancy. Sessions take place in a room set aside for women, with a female specialist, and according to what the case needs. Privacy is not an added option but part of the protocol. A head covering goes back on after a few hours, in clean cotton. There is no requirement to uncover in front of anyone outside the session room.

What people ask before deciding

Six questions, taken from real WhatsApp messages

Six questions that recur in first messages, set out here with answers written in the same tone everyone who writes to us receives.

Effectiveness and content

What is PRP hair treatment, in short

PRP hair treatment uses the substance your body makes every day, concentrated into the layer rich in platelets and growth factors. Nothing foreign, no possible allergy, and no conflict with any medication you take. The four stages of a session are set out in the pipeline at the top of the page.

Are the results permanent

A PRP hair treatment is a course of sessions, and its result is kept up with maintenance rather than fixed for life. The result lasts as long as the follicles keep receiving the nourishment. That means a maintenance session every three to six months after the full course keeps the density. Hereditary loss does not stop on request, but it slows and is managed, much as it would keep going without any treatment at all. If you live far from Aleppo, maintenance is timed with your return visits and agreed in writing before you start.

Does PRP help after a hair transplant

Yes. The growth factors in PRP speed the healing of the donor area and raise the survival rate of the new grafts in the treated area. It usually begins three weeks after the procedure, once the skin has healed, and is set under the supervision of the same team that performed the transplant. For a visitor that timing is agreed at the consultation, usually as a return visit.

In practice

Is PRP painful

A PRP hair treatment session is short, and the scalp is numbed first. A local anaesthetic is applied to the scalp before the injection. The sensation is closer to light pressure than to sharp pain. Most people who have had a session describe it as lighter than they expected, and it is over in about half an hour including preparation.

PRP or a hair transplant

The decision depends on the stage of the case and cannot be reduced to a line. The section where your case sits on the spectrum above places you candidly, and points you to an FUE transplant when that is the better fit. Both of our centres, Aleppo and Istanbul, are open to you for it.

Is PRP permissible in Islam, and can I pray after a session

The plasma is drawn from your own blood and nothing foreign is added, so there is no religious concern with the substance. Wudu and prayer continue as normal straight after the session, prostration included. The only note is to avoid rubbing the scalp for six hours. The first twenty-four hours are set out in the aftercare section above.
